You can download BizPricer 3.0 from a link below. They charge about $130. 

There is an art and science to business valuation. Your regular CPA may or may not be proficient at it. A proper valuation requires special training and skills. We at Foran Consulting offer this service usually for about $1,500 to $2,000. If we sell your business, a valuation is included free of charge. A complete valuation report is between 12 and 14 pages.

If you require an "independent" valuation from a "certified" appraiser, we recommend GCF Valuations (Link Below). We have also provided links to those recognized institutions who certify specialists in this field. It is not uncommon to pay $5,000 or more for such an appraisal.
